The Birth of the Circumcision/HIV Hypothesis
I changed the following sub-section titles to the following:
- Fink's Disdain -> Traditional Arrogance
- Redemption! -> Proposal
- Fink's Confession -> Corroborating
I'm not certain this is much better. I'd like to find titles that sound more "fact-based" than like chapter titles in a book.--Thedirt 17:33, 27 February 2011 (CST)
- I went ahead and changed the titles of these sections one more time. I like this a lot better.
- Fink's letter: In defense of circumcision ... (previously Traditional Arrogance, previously Fink's Disdain)
- Another letter: the HIV/AIDS hypothesis ... (previously Proposal, previously Redemption!)
- Popularizing the hypothesis ... (previously Corroborating, previously Fink's Confession)

1991 Aaron J. Fink declares mass circumcision is necessary to prevent sand from getting into the soldiers' foreskins. [Circumcision and sand. Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine 1991 Nov;84(11):696]
1988 Aaron J. Fink invents the falsehood that circumcision prevents neonatal group B streptococcal disease. [Is hygiene enough? Circumcision as a possible strategy to prevent group B streptococcal disease. American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. 1988 Aug;159 (2):534-5]
